A translation, not a revelation
The same message can travel as a sentence, a cluster of strokes, a row of numbers, or a behavior performed at a cue. Translation changes the carrier. It need not change what is carried.
The square is an agreed convention. Nothing in the letter A requires it to live at 11. That fact is useful: you can build a tool without mistaking its agreement for the architecture of the cosmos.
For the last opening, arrange four pieces in this order: the word from the five beginnings, the digit from the lintel, the word at the boundary, and the received packet. Spaces and punctuation will not matter.
